You are very welcome to participate in our discussion forums through asking questions, making comments or engaging in dialogue in a more extended way. Others visiting this forum will just follow the discussion. However, we value very much knowing who the audience is, whether you are a participant or an observer. If you have not already done so, please be in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us whether you intend to be a participant in the discussion or a spectator. It would also be helpful to know in a sentence or two why you have an interest in the topic.
From time to time we will feature 'round table' discussions on selected topics, led by a chairperson.
Current discussions underway:
Provisionally, we expect forum tables to operate for around 6 to 8 weeks. We have designated Mondays as being important days in the pattern. Monday 9th January has seen the posting of a starter paper by the chairman. Every subsequent Monday for the duration of the discussion, the chairman will post additional information or a response. During each week, you are invited to make a contribution through a question or comment. Towards the end of the discussion period, the chairman will attempt to sum up in around 6 key statements. The wording of these statements will be very important and the final part of the discussion will lead to the refining of the statements.
